In addition, we have learned during the journey that a simple survey does not make the result. That is why we have proprietary software. Partly to send surveys, but above all to collect, disseminate and analyze results in a simple and unbureaucratic way.
We've also learned that IT and software don't just do the job. Without people with experience and knowledge of customer feedback, the pitfalls become too numerous and too expensive.

Our competitors are often large global companies, while Quicksearch is located and operates in Scandinavia. With offices in Halmstad and Stockholm, we cover most major cities in our area of operation. So we are not the biggest, but that is not our ambition either. We are experts in automated feedback and have extensive experience in implementing systems for the smallest as well as the largest companies.

1997
Quicksearch is founded by Jonas Malmberg and Ulf Larsson. First with touch screen surveys and one of the first in web surveys.1999
The survey system Dialog Manager (DM) is launched.2001
More and more customers are discovering the possibility of working themselves in DM. QS also receives more and more assignments as project manager with responsibility for question formulation, analysis and improvement measures.2003
The company puts more focus on consulting services to help customers take advantage of survey results (first with manager portal after employee survey)2005-2006
Strong growth for Quicksearch, which is climbing the value chain of customers with the development of methods and services. Quicksearch helps companies develop through surveys with customers and employees. 2008
The foundation is laid for the coming year's development within Enterprise Feedback Management. Appointed by Gartner as a "Cool vendor". Acquisition of Resgeometri AB.
2012
Introducing the next generation of survey tool Dialog Manager 4.0. After 15 years, Jonas Malmberg leaves the CEO post to Ulrica Björnhag.
2013
Quicksearch launches new product for ongoing feedback, 365. Group company Quicksearch Group is formed. Standard for snabfeedback.se is launched.
2014
Establishment of the company Custx with the business idea of implementing Customer experience programs.
2015
Strong growth. The company gets new premises at the Waterfront in Stockholm. Ulrica Björnhag hands over the CEO post to Göran Almen.
